The new inflatable compression bandages for cold- and warm therapy consist of a gel pack which stores cold and warmth effectively and an inflatable outer bandage which serves to adjust the gel pack to the extremity via pressure.

The anatomically shaped bandage ideally adjusts to the extremity and allows stabilization of the injured joint via inflation of the bandage. Immobilization of the extremity is guaranteed whereas the evenly distributed pressure and the simultaneous cold effect avoid the appearance of hematoma.
